2018, New Projects, and General Productivity
/Hello all! I have really been buckling down this year. I'm not really one for New Years Resolutions, but I try to improve myself on a regular basis anyway. So this year, one thing I'm really trying to focus on is productivity. I just wanna be productive. I just wanna do stuff. In the past, when I didn't feel like working, I didn't. If I wasn't in the right mood, I did nothing. When I couldn't think of something meaningful to do, I did nothing. So right now, I'm focusing on just doing stuff. Whether I feel like it or not, whether I'm in a good mood or not, whether its something important or not. So yeah, I think its good to force myself to be productive. Ive gotten a lot of stuff done this year already.
One of the things I want to do is expand my creativity a bit. I have the crochet thing down, and I've been on my Journaling and Planner game for a while. But I wanted to try and find a new outlet in the form of another thing to add to my table setup at shows. I had a bunch of mixed media stuff laying around from my foray into Art Journaling, so I figured I'd play around and just see what happens. So I came up with those two pretty little 'paintings' in the photo. It's a lot of fun, and I realize its pretty much just like a small one-shot Art Journaling page. So, I'll be making a few more, and I'll see how well they do (let me know how you like them, guys)
